I am moving!

For some time I have been a little unhappy with my website .... so over the last month or so I have been creating a new one. One really positive thing about this is that the new website has a blog feature, so it will keep all my blog and website work in one place!

Which means, the blog is moving!!  You will be able to follow it here: http://www.evelynmae.co.uk/blog.html

It should still have an rss feed so you can follow it in your blog reader - I would love to have your company over on the new blog.

Thanks so much everyone XX

Sneaky trick

Shhhhh.....Once your Santa letter arrives ..... you can slide it out to check it over without opening the bow or moving the tag and candy cane .... no one will know, except you !

Halloween 2013

My writings here have been somewhat sporadic of late - isn't it funny how we go in phases with things?  And I'm not the only one- I have seen a number of blogs lately who have been taking a break, and having time out.

For me, I have been using Tumblr-  Although a micro blogging site, it feels like a combination of twitter, FB, and instagram all rolled into one! If you fancy seeing my blog over there to see what I mean, you can find it here:

Sharing off of Tumblr seems to confuse me, so it is more insular than the other social platforms, but I have been enjoying using it.

Do any of you use Tumblr? If so, let me have the link in the comment box and I will come on over for a look :)

Anyhow, its halloween today, and  although I don't celebrate, there is something really lovely about feeling like a new season has started!  It also brings out lots of opportunites for using pumpkins as art!  Such as this guy and his family ....

or this! Just amazing!!
